William C. (Bill) Hubbard is the founder and sole owner of William C. Hubbard Insurance, LLC. He holds the prestigious Certification in Long Term Care (CLTC) professional designation. And, he currently serves as a full-time Licensed Insurance Agent representing a wide variety of reputable insurance companies through his relationships with professional insurance brokerages. Since 2006, Mr. Hubbard has helped hundreds of people develop long term care plans to protect their families, lifestyles and finances. He chose to specialize in this area after serving as the executor of his parents’ estates and personally managing his father’s long term care needs for almost 5 years.

Mr. Hubbard was also the founder and sole owner of Ascension Marketing and Development, LLC, a marketing and business development consulting firm. The firm was a licensee of the Monopolize Your Marketplace system, the developer of which was ranked # 28 on Inc. Magazine’s list of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States in 2004. He received their Leadership and Personal Growth Awards and graduated from their rigorous 50-step certification program, distinctions achieved by less than 5% of their 1,357 licensed agents. He consulted with over 290 organizations in seminar, workshop, and one-on-one settings and regularly received written testimonials for his work.

Previously, Mr. Hubbard was the Chief Development Officer and a partner at KnowledgeFlow, Inc., a privately held enterprise application service provider (ASP) of customer acquisition and retention solutions for the financial services industry. The company’s primary solution consisted of a wireless Internet access device, regional e-business captive portal environment, and loyalty program. His responsibilities included strategic planning, business development, organizational development, and fund raising. Key accomplishments included working with the company’s co-founders to refine strategic focus, develop a comprehensive business plan/model, raise $1.1 million in investment capital, increase capitalization by as much as 1,200%, develop relationships with sales prospects/strategic partners/key consultants, and implement an intellectual property strategy.

Prior to joining KnowledgeFlow, Inc., Mr. Hubbard was Executive Vice President of Scangraphics, Inc., an international, publicly traded provider of Internet-enabled enterprise scale business geo-intelligence software solutions, which evolved into Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for small and mid-sized financial services companies, and a pioneer and leader in scanning and image processing technology, large document scanners, and integration, training and conversion services. He is credited with assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies that increased the company’s market capitalization by as much as 3,100% during his tenure. He was instrumental in repositioning the company into high-growth markets through the completion of two acquisitions and a start up. In addition, he was deeply involved in raising $9.0 million in investment capital, attracting the management talent, establishing the business relationships, and developing the organizational capabilities necessary to pursue these initiatives.

Before joining Scangraphics, Mr. Hubbard was the Vice President of Marketing for R&B, Inc., an international publicly traded manufacturer, packager, and distributor of replacement parts for automobiles, watercraft, and trucks located in Colmar, PA. While there, he sparked implementation of post-IPO business planning and organizational approaches which more than doubled the number of the company’s packaged consumer product lines and increased annual sales 62%. In addition, the company was named one of the 200 best small companies in America by Forbes in 1993.

Mr. Hubbard came to R&B from Giles & Ransome, Inc., the privately held authorized dealer for Caterpillar earthmoving, engine, and material handling equipment for Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. After successfully completing management assignments in sales, marketing, operations, branch facility administration, and systems integration, Mr. Hubbard served the last three years as Corporate Marketing Manager. In this role, he implemented a wide variety of programs and systems that led to significant improvements in sales, market share, customer satisfaction, and profitability. He won a national award for developing a multi-faceted program to market a critical new product. In 1990, Caterpillar recognized the company as one of its top performing dealers in North America.

Mr. Hubbard began his career by successfully completing a variety of increasingly responsible dealer development, product marketing, and dealer training assignments for Caterpillar, Inc.

Mr. Hubbard is a magna cum laude graduate of Rockford University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business. He is also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon honorary fraternities and actively participates in a number of community organizations. He resides in Maple Glen, PA with his wife, daughter, and son.
